I was referred to Hector and Last Exteriors and they came by to provide an estimate. I was impressed how quickly the estimate was processed since they use high-tech ariel view software that provides the square foot measurements instantly. Last Exteriors completed both my large house roof and 40X24 foot detached garage/barn in two days! Both roofs had complete tear offs. I was really impressed with how efficient the crew performed the work and I’m extremely pleased with the results! The crew even meticulously went around my property ensuring there weren’t any nails left behind. As an owner of two cats, this was really great since they frequently go outdoors. Cannot recommend them enough. I got two other quotes for this roof repair that were both nearly an order of magnitude more expensive, yet Hector and his team knocked the whole project out in a single day, the workmanship is excellent, and the price was a fraction of what the bigger outfits wanted.
